Dr. Marcia F. Robinson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the CEO of The HBCU Career Center. She’s an award-winning HR and leadership expert who is on a mission to make workplaces more inclusive and to help professionals find welcoming spaces that align with their V.I.S.A. (Values, Interests, Skills and Abilities). She does that by developing innovative and meaningful partnerships between HBCUs and corporations.
She is a researcher on career center effectiveness Workplace Automation through Artificial Intelligence technology. She has experience across Higher Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Technology, and the Public Sector and has been recognized as Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year for her work. Her goal is to continue working with students, alumni, emerging and seasoned professionals, college career centers and employers to better engage and develop America’s diverse workforce.
