Drs. Kevin and Kyle Phanord, also known as the "Dentist Duo", are twins who also happen to share a family-owned dental practice.

Known for their use of social media in raising awareness around the importance of preventative oral health care, the brothers’ practice is based in Florida’s Little Haiti and Little Havana.

Recently, they were awarded the sought-after Top 20 Under 40 honor by the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF).

According to Black PR Wire, the brothers expressed honor and humility at the HACCOF recognition.

The HACCOF is “a resource for its members, partners and businesses, dedicated to serving their needs and the economic development of the broader Haitian-American community." The Chamber's Top 20 Under 40 honorees of 2023 were praised for their notable career achievements, community driven values and leadership.

According to The Miami Times, the dentists were inspired by their father, Dr. Roger Phanord's "ambition to serve the Black community and other neglected areas.” They went on to earn their Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

The brother’s have used media as a tool to spread their message and have participated in Black Health hosted by Doctor Michelle Kirwan and worked to highlight the need for regular dental visits on TikTok. The Phanords' community engagement stretches beyond entertaining and educational social media posts. The duo have been working hard on their Spanish and Kreyol skills so that they can more effectively do their jobs in their community.
